Through gentle movement, microdose breathwork, breath holds and guided inquiry, we’ll explore what we may be ready to release—the noise, holding and habitual ways of perceiving that can obscure our sense of greater connection. Held in an immersive landscape of voice, singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, chanting and light language, you’ll be invited into deep listening and receptivity—to body, mystery, memory, Spirit, and whatever wishes to meet you there. A journey not toward another world, but toward a deeper experience of the one we are already within.
