Breathwork

Breathwork mobilizes energy once the body feels safe enough to change.

When breath meets ceremony, transformation accelerates.
This is not traditional breathwork.
This is shamanic breathwork in Boston, held inside a ceremonial container—designed to amplify healing, increase energy, and support the creation of new neural pathways.
Through intentional breath, energetic holding, and guided inquiry, this journey creates the conditions for real internal shifts and embodied change.
Sessions are offered in the Boston area and online.

What Is a Shamanic Breathwork Journey?

This offering weaves together micro-dose breathwork, shamanic energy work, and ceremony to create a deeply supportive and transformative experience.

Unlike high-intensity breathwork, this approach works with the nervous system rather than overwhelming it—making it accessible, regulating, and powerful for a wide range of bodies and nervous systems.

Breath becomes a bridge between body, energy, and awareness.
Ceremony creates a field of safety, meaning, and coherence.

What Makes This Breathwork Different

Each Shamanic Breathwork Journey is personal, intentional, and ceremonially prepared.

This work includes:

  • Micro-dose breathwork that gently activates the nervous system

  • Shamanic energetic holding to expand what’s possible and call in support

  • Intention-based inquiry to support healing and new pattern formation

  • Ceremonial structure designed for integration—not just peak experience

  • Grounded guidance that supports both internal shifts and real-world change

This is breathwork designed not only to open you—but to help you carry what opens into your life.

Before Your Session: Intention & Preparation

Your journey begins before we ever meet in the ceremonial space.

  • We will connect briefly ahead of your session to discuss your intention, needs, and any questions

  • Prior to your appointment, I will journey ceremonially on your behalf, listening for insight, questions, and energetic themes that may support your process

  • This preparation allows the session to be held with clarity, depth, and attunement from the start

This is part of the shamanic container—ensuring the work is not generic, but responsive and relational.
