About RiverStar
Born from the Waters in Ceremony

RiverStar is not a title; it is a remembrance. A name bestowed by the Waters. My journey began not in profession, but in communion with the unseen life that pulses beneath the surface.
As a child, I found home in the quiet intelligence of nature. Horses, water, and trees spoke to me in a language beyond words. This sensitivity guided me into shamanic training and energy healing where I learned to listen deeply to the body, the relational field, and the spirit of the Waters.

What I Offer
In stillness, I hold space for the body to remember its wholeness, for the heart to remember its intelligence, and our souls to remember their wildness.

My work unfolds through:
-
Shamanic healing
-
Breathwork and somatic awareness
-
Relational work with horses and land
-

A Journey of Healing
I’ve walked through trauma, addiction, depression, and suicidality, not as burdens to bear, but as paths to empathy. My role is not to fix, but to listen, to track, and to hold a space where love is embodied and our wildness is remembered.

Closing

I don’t believe healing comes from outside of you.
I believe it comes from remembering and recognizing who we truly are and restoring the conditions where our systems can return to coherence
and from there, something essential comes forward.
