Shamanic Healing and Awakening

Shamanic healing and practice is the heart of my work.

Each session begins with a conversation about what is present and where you are seeking support. From there, the healing is shaped by what you need.  It may include energy work, sound, breath, or embodied practice, and will include time after to integrate what has emerged.

Following our session, I will send you a personal reflection—perhaps an oracle message, a practice, or guidance that emerged through the healing—to help you remain in relationship with the work as it continues to unfold.

New Paradigm Yin Yoga

The Way of the Waters

New Paradigm Yin is an embodied spiritual practice rooted in stillness, relationship, the living intelligence of the body, and the light held within its Waters.

What makes it different is that each shape is approached not only as a physical posture, but as a portal through which body and soul can listen, remember, and respond to one another.

Through long-held shapes, breath, meditation, and the responsive waters of the tissues, the practice creates space for the body to soften, reorganize, integrate, and participate more consciously with soul, Earth, and Spirit.

Horse Human Harmonics -- 3H

Trauma-aware, consent-based healing experiences with horses, rooted in presence, relationship, and reciprocity. Through individual sessions, workshops, and retreats, we listen with the body, deepen trust in ourselves, and remember our belonging within the living world.

About RiverStar

Emily RiverStar is a shamanic healer, ceremonialist, breathwork facilitator, trauma-aware somatic educator, and creator of New Paradigm Yin: The Way of the Waters.

Her work gives form to the subtle, translating what is sensed in the body, heart, soul, relational field, and living world into language and practices people can inhabit.

She creates grounded spaces in which the intuitive, relational, and sacred can become embodied and lived.

At the heart of her work is a return to the intelligence of the heart, so that we may live in greater harmony with ourselves, one another, and all of life
